About The Role

The Contact Center Sales Representative is an integral member of the U.S. Customer Services team, working directly with sales agents and customers to process orders, respond to requests, resolve issues, and provide day-to-day support. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and professional approach in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

What You'll Do
Customer Service & Sales Support
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to both internal and external customers and sales agents.
  • Respond to customer and sales-agent inquiries and assist with product and business-related issues.
  • Manage the Customer Service inbox and ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and internal departments to resolve customer and sales-agent needs.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach when handling various requests and challenges.
Order Management & Account Support
  • Enter and audit customer orders accurately and efficiently, with a “right-first-time” approach.
  • Process purchase orders, expired inventory requests, invoices, and credit notes in accordance with established procedures.
  • Release orders for distribution promptly.
  • Provide Return Authorization Numbers for product complaints and expired product returns.
  • Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts.
  • Maintain, update, and verify master customer information within the ERP system.
  • Maintain electronic files and documentation for assigned accounts.
Payments, Pricing & Product Support
  • Use various customer and payment portals to retrieve and/or acknowledge payments.
  • Partner with Finance to identify and resolve payment issues and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with sales agents and hospitals to resolve pricing-related issues.
  • Conduct product research to support sales-agent inventory requests.
Documentation, Training & Process Improvement
  • Support the training and onboarding of new Customer Service Representatives and other department personnel.
  • Create, update, and improve Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with established processes.
  • Contribute to a team environment that promotes professionalism, collaboration, personal growth, and team pride.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support sales agents, customers, and department operations.
What We're Looking For
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience in a medical device, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly regulated environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • A highly customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting competing deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
