The Customer Service Representative will manage customer orders from purchase order receipt through fulfillment and invoicing, while working closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Credit, and other internal teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, coordinating across departments, and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional who understands that customer service in a manufacturing environment involves much more than answering questions. You will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating internally, solving problems, communicating delays, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information. You should be comfortable having difficult conversations with customers when products are unavailable or lead times change, while working internally to find the best possible solution. Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and relationship‑building skills are essential.
The Customer Service Representative is a key connection between customers and the organization. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Credit, Quality, and other teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered as promised.
