• Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representatives for Call Center Handles incoming calls orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.
• Places outbound calls regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc.
• Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of Call Center, strong customer service experience.
• At least HS/GED
• Any customer service will do with good comm. skills and phone etiquette, computer exp.
