Contract position. Location: Irving, TX.

As a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I placed with Kelly Services, you will handle incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.; place outbound calls regarding account status, complaints, account collection, etc.; and direct calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Work significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims.

Job Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
