Qualifications

• Undergraduate or non-MBA master’s degree from a top university.
• Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail business, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Analytical and data-fluent, able to distill complex insights into clear actions.
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for building tools and streamlining processes.
• Commercially minded, with experience in proposal development.
• Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Monday–Friday)
