The role involves leading time-sensitive projects, collaborating with clients, and delivering strategic, data-driven solutions across growth, transformation, M&A, and digital analytics. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years' experience and an MBA, with willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ business experience; consumer/retail, consulting, or corporate roles with a financial/operational focus
• Undergraduate degree and MBA or equivalent required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
• Strong technical and data skills with comfort tackling complexity
• Proven leadership managing complex projects and workstreams
• Change champion—able to build the case for change and adapt problem-solving in real time
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver time-sensitive projects from plan to finish
• Partner directly with clients to implement strategic and operational solutions
• Communicate with clarity, adapting to any audience and situation
• Navigate ambiguity and turn data and perspectives into powerful recommendations
