Alvarez & Marsal’s Consumer & Retail Group (CRG) is hiring a Management Consulting Associate for a full-time role aimed at undergraduates or non-MBA master's graduates with graduation dates between December 2026 and July 2027. The first full-time class starts in September 2027, with training, mentorship, and exposure to client projects.

Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous, self-starters, collaborative, and clear communicators who can travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or non-MBA master's degree from a top university.
• Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Analytical and data-fluent, able to distill complex insights into clear actions.
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for building tools and streamlining processes.
• Commercially minded, with experience in proposal development.
• Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Mon–Fri).
