Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) invites undergraduates and non-MBA master’s graduates to join the Consumer & Retail Group (CRG) as a Management Consulting Associate. Full-time hires begin in September 2027, with a September 2027 start for the program and onboarding bootcamp to build quantitative and qualitative skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or non-MBA master’s degree from a top university.
• Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail business, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus.
• Analytical and data-fluent, able to distill complex insights into clear actions.
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for building tools and streamlining processes.
• Commercially minded, with experience in proposal development.
• Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Receive Training: Participate in onboarding bootcamp and training to develop quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Make an Impact: Collaborate on real client projects - working alongside CRG consultants, engaging with clients, and gaining visibility with senior leadership.
• Gain Mentorship: Learn the ropes through CRG’s hands-on apprenticeship model - plus 1-on-1 coaching from a dedicated mentor.
• Build Your Network: Connect with CRG and A&M professionals through curated events that spark meaningful relationships and lasting career connections.
