You will work on growth strategy, transformation initiatives, and client engagements under mentorship from CRG and A&M leaders. Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous, self-starting, collaborative, and strong communicators who can travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or non-MBA masters degree from a top university.
• Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Analytical and data-fluent, distill complex insights into clear actions.
• Creative problem-solver with tools to streamline processes.
• Commercially minded with experience in proposal development.
• Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Grow strategy development and implementation support for clients.
• Contribute to large-scale transformation programs.
• Assist with M&A, carve-out and post-merger integration work.
• Support operations, merchandising, and analytics projects.
