Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.

• Timely completion of tasks with accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required information.
• Present loan options clearly and confidently, within compliance.
• Educate customers on terms, payments, and services.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and arrange payments.
