Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Highly motivated individual with interest in consumer finance.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and confidently.
• Educate customers on loan terms and payments.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and arrange payments.
• Contribute to customer service and branch profitability.
• Maintain cash drawer responsibilities and daily deposits as required.
