Trustmark National Bank in Pearl, MS seeks a Consumer Quality Control Specialist I-III to review complex CDP consumer loan packages, including real estate, security, and compliance documents, for completeness and accuracy.

You will verify lien perfection, ensure adherence to state and federal laws, and communicate necessary changes to Consumer Document Preparation Specialists. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Review and interpret loan applications to determine collateral classifications and lien perfection.
• Experience reviewing complex CDP consumer loans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before closing.
• Knowledge of real estate, security, lien perfection requirements, and consumer loan compliance regulations.
• Analytical skills, time management, and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Review and interpret loan applications and related data to determine collateral classifications and to ensure appropriate documents are prepared to perfect lien
• Review (prior to closing) complex CDP prepared loans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to perfection and compliance guidelines
• Input data into TMK Partners to generate loan numbers and facilitate booking of HPML and escrow loans to the Fiserve system
• Deliver prepared loan documents to Lenders and/or attorneys for closing via internal email and/or SecureMail procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
