Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• LaserPro experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes of work under deadline pressure.
• Proficient PC and technical skills for documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents supporting approved terms and conditions, including collateral and lending authorities.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans using internal software.
• Produce complete, enforceable loan document packages (notes, agreements, financing statements, collateral perfection).
• Assist with third-party services and external documentation as required.
• Serve as a resource on documentation, policy, and procedural issues.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and recommend resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions and projects related to pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with bank initiatives and training.
