Responsibilities

• Review and interpret loan applications and related data to determine collateral classifications and to ensure appropriate documents are prepared to perfect lien
• Review (prior to closing) complex CDP prepared loans for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to perfection and compliance guidelines
• Input data into TMK Partners to generate loan numbers and facilitate booking of HPML and escrow loans to the Fiserve system
• Deliver prepared loan documents to Lenders and/or attorneys for closing via internal email and/or SecureMail procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Overview

The purpose of this job is to review the more complex CDP prepared consumer loan, including all real estate, security, and compliance documents and related correspondence for completeness and accuracy in accordance with the application and to insure compliance with state and federal laws and Trustmark policies and procedures. This job requires the ability to proficiently review loans for one or more market areas and communicate necessary changes to Consumer Document Preparation Specialists.

Responsibilities
