Trustmark Bank in Pearl, Mississippi is seeking a Loan Coding Quality Specialist to assess, analyze, and maintain loan quality by ensuring coding integrity and compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policy.

You will review and correct loan coding and billing deficiencies, audit loans for compliance, prepare monthly management analyses, and support regulatory audits (SBSF, CRA, HMDA, SOX).

Qualifications

• High School education or GED with relevant loan coding experience.
• Experience with loan compliance and coding requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop in-depth spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Review and correct deficiencies in loan coding, billing, and payment allocations.
• Examine loans for accuracy of loan codes and compliance; correct deficiencies.
• Audit loans noted as exceptions by Compliance, SBSF, CRA, and HMDA during reviews.
• Audit loans noted as exceptions during quarterly SOX audits; respond and track issues.
• Prepare monthly analyses for management with improvement recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
