Qualifications

• Experience reviewing consumer collateral including real estate, security, and lien perfection requirements (2 yrs)
• Experience with loan compliance regulations (2 yrs)
• Ability to interpret and apply lien perfection and collateral policy
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient computing, word processing, e-mail, and internet usage

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret loan applications to determine collateral classifications and lien perfection
• Validate complex CDP prepared consumer loans pre-closing for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Input data into TMK Partners to generate loan numbers and facilitate booking to the Fiserve system
• Deliver prepared loan documents to lenders or attorneys for closing via internal email or SecureMail
