Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office or similar programs proficiency.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at assigned branch location unless emergencies dictate otherwise.
• Preferred: cash handling or sales experience.
• Some college coursework.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
• Learn applicable Federal, State, and Local consumer laws for compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional tasks as market demands and staffing require.
