Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring in Whittier, CA for a customer service/sales-focused role. You will process loan applications, analyze credit information, and proactively address past-due accounts while delivering excellent service.

The position requires at least two years in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses to sell insurance. Strong communication and MS Office skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Contact customers with past-due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Learn and apply Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments; deliver daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to maintain service quality.
