Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-focused associate in Levittown, PA to assist with loan applications and drive sales of lending products. You will provide exceptional service, analyze credit information, and proactively contact customers to resolve delinquencies while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

Must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Base pay ranges $18.00–$24.00 per hour with a monthly incentive and full benefits.

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Perform additional duties based on market needs.
