Responsibilities

• Answer loan-related member questions via phone and email.
• Process member service requests from branches (title releases, changes, etc.).
• Consult with members for closing and explain documentation.
• Process and fund consumer loan products (auto, personal, VISA).
• Audit files for regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Articulate loan payoff quotes for various loan types.
• Cross-train on Paid Loan Reports and send letters/paperwork to members.
• Explain ancillary products and refer to appropriate services.
• Assist in training employees on loan processing procedures and technology.
