Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Consumer Loan Officer to review, underwrite, and authorize consumer credit applications, including loans, lines of credit, and credit cards, within policy. The role requires sound financial judgment, regulatory awareness, and exceptional member service.

The position involves collecting documentation, communicating decisions to members, cross-selling Credit Union products, and supporting on-site financing events in Guam for an excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and underwrites consumer loan applications according to policy and guidelines.
• Analyzes borrower financial information and income documentation.
• Communicates with members to obtain information and explain credit decisions.
• Provides basic credit guidance and education to members.
• Cross-sells Credit Union products and services to address member needs.
• Supports on-site financing activities and events at outside locations.
• Maintains accurate records and performs data entry and routine administrative duties.
