Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper documentation of all consumer loans.
• Provide tracking of documentation for loan and member service functions.
• Ensure assets held as collateral are properly insured and liens are perfected; follow up on missing documents; verify accuracy of pledged collateral; submit GAP and CPI claims.
• Process paid off loans and release titles.
• Respond to members' requests; direct titles to branches for pickup; provide written payoff requests and title release guarantees to third parties.
