Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a driven Sales Executive for our Personal Insurance division. You will act as a trusted advisor, tailoring personal risk management solutions to each client’s needs while expanding your book of business.

You will participate in a hands-on training program, mentorship, and development opportunities to excel in consultative selling, with a local focus on Kalispell, MT and surrounding referrals. Strong relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities from personal lines referral networks.
• Evaluate and implement cross-sell opportunities within the local office and across Marsh Agency.
• Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to contact prospects.
• Participate in training to identify and minimize client risk.
• Drive sales by increasing revenue and building your book.
• Partner with Client Relations to ensure consistent client communication and service.
