Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to work in our Personal Insurance division. You will serve as a trusted advisor, tailoring personal risk management solutions to client needs and driving revenue growth in the local Marsh Agency network.

You’ll participate in our mentorship and training programs, collaborate with a driven team, and build a book of business through referral networks and direct outreach.

Formación

• Must be passionate about sales and consultative selling.
• Ability to tailor personal risk management solutions for clients.
• Strong communication and advisory skills to build client trust.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new opportunities from personal lines referral networks.
• Evaluate and implement cross-sell opportunities within the local Marsh Agency network.
• Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to engage prospects.
• Participate in training to become an expert at identifying and mitigating clients’ risk.
• Drive sales results by increasing revenue and building a book of business.
• Partner with Client Relations to ensure consistent communication and service.
