Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities from personal lines referral networks (wealth advisors, banks/financial institutions, law firms, accountants).
• Evaluate and implement personal insurance cross-sell opportunities across local office and Marsh Agency.
• Organize and execute a multi-faceted sales plan to contact prospects directly.
• Participate in training to become expert at identifying and minimizing client risk.
• Drive sales results to increase firm revenue and grow client book.
• Collaborate with Client Relations to ensure consistent client communication and service.
