Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor for Hillside Memorial Park in Akron, OH. You will meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and guide them through purchasing funeral and cemetery products and services.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, paid training for six weeks, and a first-year earning potential of $50,000 to $80,000. You’ll manage leads in HubSpot CRM and build lasting community relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred (outside/inside/B2C).
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide consultative guidance on funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-ups.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members; guide purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts.
