Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with SGWS technology and mobile devices for field work.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs
• Develop a customer growth plan and pipeline for incremental sales
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives
• Pre-plan account visits with agenda and selling opportunities in CRM
• Prioritize sales activities to meet growth plans
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans in CRM
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them in accounts
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative skills
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives
