Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and increase revenue in Arizona. You will develop a growth plan for each account, leverage CRM to track visits and outcomes, and stay current on SGWS products to position them effectively for customers.

The role requires strong data interpretation, mobile device proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while meeting growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency with SGWS technology and mobile devices for field work.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills for customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives.
• Pre‑plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof).
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans and outcomes in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively in each account.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling skills.
