Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and increase revenue through strong relationship-building in the Oklahoma City market.

You will develop growth plans for each account, analyze data to identify opportunities, and maintain CRM documentation to ensure accurate pipeline visibility. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication in a professional manner.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities in CRM (Proof).
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives.
• Visit accounts regularly and document notes in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative selling.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
• Resolve customer issues and seek opportunities to support growth.
• Adapt selling approach to customer buying styles and needs.
• Stay informed on competitors and product positioning.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM (Proof).
• Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
