Job summary

CSI Companies in Jacksonville is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and streamline the onboarding of our consultants. You’ll work closely with Sales and Recruitment to translate client requirements into timely onboarding, handling background checks, drug screens, I-9s, and offer letters.

This onsite, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm role emphasizes customer service and clear communication with internal teams and external consultants to ensure starts on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM or ATS system to the onboarding process is preferred.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork including background checks, drug screens, immunization documents, and I-9 forms.
• Send external employee agreements, offer letters, and contracts to consultants.
• Guide new consultants through hiring and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support to external and internal employees within the division.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Facilitate communication between Sales Managers and Recruiters during calls/meetings.
• Become a subject matter expert on ATS and background vendors to assist users.
• Occasional weekends and overtime when needed.
• Assist with Sales and Recruiting projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
