Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Transition Project Manager to join the Facilities Operations & Transition Management team in Philadelphia, PA.

You will serve as the primary liaison across construction, operations, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover from construction to operations. The role requires 5+ years in PM/Facilities/Construction, with strong MEP knowledge and experience managing schedules, risks, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or Building Operations.
• Experience supporting construction-to-operations transitions, facility handovers, commissioning, or operational readiness initiatives.
• Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and the ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation.
• Experience managing schedules, change orders, risks, and project documentation using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between construction teams, contractors, facility operations, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operations.
• Coordinate facility turnover activities, including transfer of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, maintenance documentation, and commissioning deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, track construction milestones, oversee change orders, and identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate operational readiness and training programs for facility teams on newly installed building systems and equipment.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs, warranty tracking programs, maintenance readiness plans, and provide weekly/monthly project reporting.
