Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Transition Project Manager to join the Facilities Operations & Transition Management team in Philadelphia, PA.

You will serve as the primary liaison across construction, operations, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover from construction to operations. The role requires 5+ years in PM/Facilities/Construction, with strong MEP knowledge and experience managing schedules, risks, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or Building Operations.
  • Experience supporting construction-to-operations transitions, facility handovers, commissioning, or operational readiness initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and the ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation.
  • Experience managing schedules, change orders, risks, and project documentation using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SOPs, MOPs, warranty tracking programs, maintenance readiness plans, and provide weekly/monthly project reporting.

As a Transition Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations & Transition Management team supporting construction, operations, and stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent stakeholder communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$58/hr
