Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead the implementation and tactical execution of project activities on multiple transition projects, while contributing to TPM division marketing initiatives.

You will coach and lead diverse teams, set priorities, manage client relationships, and drive schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation across complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in logistics or related field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years of consulting experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, vendors, and consultants with clear communications.
• Recruit, train and manage project staff and resources; delegate responsibilities.
• Oversee work on multiple complex projects and manage schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain master plans, reports, and budgets; provide risk mitigation.
• Foster client and industry relationships and participate in business development.
