Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC seeks a Transition Manager to lead operational onboarding of new acquisitions and ground-up developments. The role blends field operations with project management, requiring hands-on site assessments across states and driving cross-functional accountability from planning through handoff to Store Operations.

The ideal candidate is systems-minded, highly organized, and capable of executing complex projects with limited supervision while maintaining thorough documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or multi-site operations.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year and work across multiple states.

Responsibilities

Lead transition management from pre-transition planning to handoff to Store Operations.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Acquisitions, Development, Facilities, IT, and HR.
Conduct thorough onsite assessments of facilities, systems, and operations against standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate handoff documentation.
