Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within the construction sector. You will manage programs from conception through completion, coordinating with stakeholders and driving delivery on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, 5+ years of program management experience in construction, and strong leadership, communication, and financial skills to oversee complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management role within the construction industry, with a focus on transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage program budgets effectively.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
