Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Transmission in Conshohocken, PA. This onsite, contract-to-hire role supports EPC/Construction programs, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across complex projects.

Responsibilities include client relations, risk management, contract administration, and coordinating with engineering and field teams. Requires 7+ years PM experience in construction and a BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• 5–10 years with straight utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across projects.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; manage risk reviews.
• Develop client relationships and manage proposals and project-related items.
• Coordinate with engineering to align deliverables with schedule and requirements.
• Mentor and train interns, coordinators, and junior PM staff.
