Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead the implementation and execution of project activities across multiple transition projects within the TPM division. You will drive strategic marketing initiatives and guide teams through complex, high-stakes programs.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, shaping master plans, budgets, and schedules while identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years of consulting experience
• BS or MS degree in logistics or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders with clear and concise oral and written communications
• Recruit, train and manage project staff and resources
• Delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple complex projects
• Develop and maintain master plans, reports, budgets and other deliverables
• Proactively identify risks and liability issues and mitigate exposure
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage team members
• Collaborate closely with business development to align with sales strategies and client deliverables
