Job summary

Gilbane Building Company in Cleveland, OH seeks a Sr. Transition Manager responsible for the implementation and tactical execution of all project activities across multiple transition projects, and for contributing to TPM division marketing initiatives.

You’ll lead with a collaborative, coaching mindset, set priorities, delegate work, and measure impact. You will build high-performing teams and manage client relationships while pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in logistics or related field is required
• 10-15 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years of consulting experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, vendors, and consultants with clear oral and written communication
• Recruit, train and manage project staff and resources
• Delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple complex projects
• Develop and maintain master plans, reports, budgets and other tools
• Proactively identify risks and mitigate exposure
• Foster client and industry relationships
• Participate in business development opportunities including proposals and negotiations
