Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Rep to meet revenue, margin and product mix objectives in the Miami, FL area. You will secure, develop, and manage architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.

The role covers the West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, and Miami territory. Must be able to travel within the region and deliver technical collateral, presentations, and training sessions to customers.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience in commercial construction.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, framing, modular, ICF).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals.
• Develops new account opportunities to increase Tremco CPG product usage.
• Manages accounts to create business development through penetration and partnerships.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities.
• Builds trusted partnerships with customers and resolves issues.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans and monthly forecasts.
• Follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and close deals.
• Maintains professional company image and follows policies.
