Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the Miami area. You will secure, develop, and manage key architect, designer, contractor and distributor accounts while driving product specifications and project opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Travel within the territory is required and a hybrid/onsite setup is possible depending on

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience in commercial construction.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, framing, modular, ICF).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages accounts to create business opportunities and increase Tremco CPG product usage in the territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Maintains professional product knowledge and delivers technical collateral and presentations.
