Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and margin in the Miami, FL region. You will identify and develop key architect, contractor and distributor relationships, manage accounts, and deliver technical collateral and product knowledge to advance opportunities.
Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, forecasting, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting Tremco products at industry events.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction/industry experience.
- Two plus years of commercial construction experience.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, and related products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mansioni
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and forecasts.
- Develop and manage key accounts including architects, contractors and distributors.
- Drive product specifications and project opportunities in territory.
- Prepare strategic territory plans and monthly forecasts.
- Present Tremco products with collateral and technical support.
