Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the Dallas, TX area. You will secure, develop, and manage architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end-user accounts, driving revenue, margin and product mix within a corporate framework.

You will own performance metrics for assigned accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical collateral and training, while traveling within the territory to build trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience (OR) High School Diploma with 5 years of construction/industry experience.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and expands use of Tremco CPG products in the assigned territory.
• Manages accounts through business development, partnerships with decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
• Maintains product knowledge and delivers technical collateral to support sales processes.
• Presents Tremco products at industry conventions and trade shows.
