Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the Dallas, TX area. The role focuses on securing and expanding revenue, margins, and product mix by developing key accounts including architects, contractors, distributors and end-users.

Responsibilities include driving sales, developing strategic plans, coordinating product knowledge training, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or 2-3 years construction/industry experience OR
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years construction/industry experience
• Two to four years related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals.
• Develops and manages key accounts and opportunities in assigned territory.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities in the Dallas, TX region.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge and delivers technical collateral.
• Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate training and support.
