Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division in Omaha, NE seeks a Technical Sales Rep to drive revenue and margins by securing architects, designers, contractors, distributors and end users within the assigned territory.

You will own account strategies, deliver technical collateral, coordinate product knowledge trainings, and forecast monthly results while building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–4 years construction/industry experience or 5 years with a HS diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and margins within territory.
• Develop and manage accounts including architects, designers, GC, distributors.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities.
• Prepare strategic business/territory plans with forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral, presentations, and training sessions.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge across lines.
