Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division in Dallas, TX seeks a Technical Sales Representative to secure revenue, margin, and product mix by developing architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end users.

You will own performance metrics, deliver strategic plans, travel within the territory, and collaborate with internal teams to drive specifications and opportunities from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field; 2–3 years construction/industry exp.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years construction or industry exp.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and expectations.
• Develop and manage key accounts in Dallas, TX region.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Prepare strategic territory plans and monthly forecasts.
• Develop digital collateral and presentations to support sales process.
