Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager, Technologies to coordinate field staff and assist project managers in managing construction processes. This role requires travel to national project sites and focuses on quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent and up to 1 year of PM or construction experience, with strong reading of plans, contracts, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management, construction management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of construction or project management experience.
• Familiarity with construction methods, costing, scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones.
• Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and assist with design interpretations and takeoffs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with weekly photos.
• Prepare meeting minutes and support project status reports.
