Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a travel-based role. The position is based out of a national project site and requires frequent site visits across projects.

You will coordinate field staff, assist project managers, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across construction activities. Travel to project sites is REQUIRED, with potential relocation for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management or construction.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project management experience.
• Familiarity with estimating methods and safety standards.
• Strong ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist project managers in managing project scope, quality, schedule and cost.
• Prepare and track budget, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and cost reports; support meetings and minutes.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, interpretations of designs, and value engineering tasks.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with photos.
