Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies to coordinate field staff and assist project managers in all construction processes, ensuring project quality, schedule, cost control and safety.

Travel to project sites is required. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, supporting budgeting, scheduling, takeoffs, change orders, and project documentation from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management, construction management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones, prepares drawings, change orders, estimates, RFIs, cost codes.
• Assists project managers with budget tracking, billing, labor estimates, scheduling, cost reviews, POs, status reports, inspections and testing activities.
• Coordinates preconstruction activities, takeoffs, design interpretation, and constructability reviews.
• Conducts jobsite inspections and documents progress with weekly photos.
