Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a nationwide travel-based role. The position requires coordinating field staff and supporting project managers across construction processes to meet quality, schedule, cost and safety objectives.

Travel to project sites is expected, with base responsibilities at a national project site. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 0–1 year PM experience, and familiarity with estimating

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in PM, construction mgmt or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
0–1 year of construction/PM experience; familiarity with estimating systems preferred.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, estimating and safety standards.
PM training/experience; understanding project life cycle.
Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings and specifications; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field staff and assist PMs to manage quality, schedule, cost and safety.
Assist with budget tracking, billing, scheduling, and job cost reviews.
Prepare takeoffs, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation; support meetings.
Conduct site inspections and document progress with photos and reports.
