Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a travel-based role. You will coordinate field staff and assist project managers to ensure project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction on nationwide projects.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 0–1 year of construction/project management experience, is willing to travel, and can read plans, manage budgets, and track job costs to support our projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management or construction management.
• 0–1 year of construction or project management experience; familiarity with estimating systems is a plus.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications; strong analytical and math skills.
• Understanding of the project life cycle and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones; prepare support materials for budgets and RFIs.
• Assist project managers with budget tracking, customer billing, labor estimates, scheduling, job cost reviews, purchase orders and status reports.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, interpretation of design drawings, takeoffs, and value engineering considerations; support constructability reviews.
• Conduct site inspections of initial works to ensure conformance with contract documents and QA standards; document progress with weekly photos.
